Threaded forged fittings are pipe fittings that achieve pipe connection through threaded connections, featuring convenient installation, no welding required, and easy disassembly. They are widely used in instrument piping, hydraulic systems, chemical plants, water treatment, and general industrial piping fields. The nickel alloy threaded forged fittings supplied by Hefei Tailan Metal Co., Ltd. are manufactured from high-quality nickel-based alloy forgings through multiple precision processes including die forging/open die forging, solution heat treatment, machining, tapping, and pickling/passivation. Featuring dense structure, high thread precision, uniform wall thickness, and excellent corrosion resistance, they are specifically designed for medium pressure applications, frequent disassembly, or conditions where welding is inconvenient.

Main Product Types:

  1. Threaded Elbow: 90°, 45° direction change
  2. Threaded Tee: Equal/reducing, branching or merging
  3. Threaded Cross: Four-way branching
  4. Threaded Union: Easy disassembly for maintenance
  5. Threaded Cap: Closing pipe ends
  6. Threaded Coupling: Connecting same diameter pipes
  7. Threaded Half Coupling: Branching from main pipe
  8. Threaded Reducer: Diameter change
  9. Threaded Plug: Closing threaded openings

Applicable Standards:

  1. Design Standards: ASME B16.11, MSS SP-79, MSS SP-95, MSS SP-97
  2. Thread Standards: ASME B1.20.1 (NPT), ISO 228 (G thread), DIN 2999, etc.
  3. Material Standard: ASTM B366 (Specific standard for nickel alloy fittings)
  4. Pressure Classes: Class 2000, 3000, 6000 (corresponding to different wall thicknesses)

Multiple Pressure Classes Available

Three pressure classes available: Class 2000, 3000, 6000, meeting different service requirements:

  1. Class 2000: Suitable for low pressure instrument piping
  2. Class 3000: Suitable for medium pressure chemical plants
  3. Class 6000: Suitable for high pressure demanding conditions

Multiple Thread Types Available

Various thread types available according to customer requirements and regional standards:

  1. NPT Thread: American taper pipe thread, most common, sealing through thread deformation
  2. BSPT Thread: British taper pipe thread, not interchangeable with NPT
  3. BSPP Thread: British parallel thread, requires gasket or O-ring for sealing
  4. Metric Thread: Metric thread, for specific regions
