Cold-drawn bars are precision bars processed through the cold drawing process, featuring high dimensional accuracy, excellent surface finish, and outstanding mechanical properties. They are widely used in precision mechanical processing, automation equipment, instruments and meters, and aerospace industries. The nickel alloy cold-drawn bars we supply are made from high-quality hot-rolled or forged nickel-based alloy bars, and are processed through multiple rounds of cold drawing, intermediate annealing, straightening, polishing/peeling and other precise processes. They have strict dimensional tolerances, excellent surface quality, uniform internal structure and outstanding mechanical properties, specifically designed for precision processing scenarios with extremely high requirements for material precision and surface quality.
