Nickel alloy rectangular pipes and tubes are indispensable special-shaped tubes in industrial structures and equipment manufacturing. With their unique cross-sectional shape, excellent mechanical properties, and superior corrosion resistance, they are widely used in offshore engineering, petrochemical, environmental protection equipment, transportation, and architectural decoration fields. The nickel alloy rectangular pipes and tubes supplied by us are manufactured from high-quality nickel-based alloy coils/strips through multiple precision processes including precision cold forming, high-frequency/TIG welding, weld seam treatment, solution heat treatment, and straightening/cutting to length. Featuring high dimensional accuracy, sharp corners, smooth internal and external surfaces, and excellent mechanical properties, they are specifically designed for applications with strict requirements for structural strength, corrosion resistance, and appearance quality.
Supply Range
Side Length A × B: 10mm × 10mm – 400mm × 200mm (Larger sizes negotiable)
Wall Thickness (t): 0.8mm – 12.0mm (determined by section size)
Length (L): Random length: 3-8 meters; Fixed length: Precision cut as per customer requirements
Side Length Tolerance: ±0.3mm – ±1.0mm (depending on section size and wall thickness)
Wall Thickness Tolerance: ±0.1mm – ±0.3mm
Special Specification Notes:
Thin-Wall Rectangular Tubes (t≤2mm) : For light structures, decorative parts, instrument frames
Thick-Wall Rectangular Tubes (t≥5mm) : For load-bearing structures, heavy equipment supports
Large Size Rectangular Tubes (A≥200mm) : For large structures, offshore engineering
Non-Standard Sizes: Rectangular tubes with any side lengths available as per drawings
Strict Non-Destructive Testing
Every nickel alloy rectangular pipe and tube undergoes rigorous NDT inspection:
Penetrant Testing (PT) : Detecting surface-opening defects on weld seam and base metal
Radiographic Testing (RT) : Inspecting weld seams for critical service
